How do we add a baptism date to a person’s profile if it isn’t syncing from our CRM?

If a baptism date is not automatically pulling into a person’s profile from your CRM, you can still add and manage this information using custom fields in Nurture.

Recommended setup

The best place to store this information is in a custom people field, such as:

  • baptism_date

This ensures the data is properly structured and can be used consistently across profiles and reporting.

If the field is not syncing correctly

If the baptism date is currently stored in a different field or location in your CRM, you may need to:

  1. Move or map the data into the correct custom field (e.g., baptism_date) in your CRM
  2. Confirm the field is aligned with Nurture’s expected field structure

  • Coordinate with the development team if needed
