Can I change any of the parameters in the Standard Rules of Engagement?
Yes. You can adjust categories within Attendance, Serving, Groups, and Giving to better reflect how your church operates at a standard level.
What can be customized?
Within the Standard Rules of Engagement, you have the flexibility to modify what determines a congregant to be classified as New, Potential, Active, At Risk, Disengaged and Inactive.
These adjustments allow the system to align more closely with your church’s specific processes and definitions.
