Can a note entered into Nurture write back to my CRM?
Yes, notes entered into Nurture can be written back to your CRM, but this requires proper configuration of a designated field in your CRM.
How note syncing works
To enable this functionality, you must first specify which field in your CRM should receive the notes from Nurture. In many cases, organizations create a custom field such as “Nurture Notes” within their CRM profiles. This field acts as the destination where Nurture can write back information.
Important limitations
While Nurture can push notes into your CRM, the reverse is not supported—notes from your CRM cannot sync back into Nurture. The data flow is one-directional, from Nurture to your CRM only.
