Overview
Touchpoints are how your church takes action on engagement.
When a congregant is marked as Potential, At Risk, or Disengaged, it’s important to follow up. Nurture allows you to create and track these interactions directly so nothing gets missed.
When to Create a Touchpoint
You should create a touchpoint when:
- Someone is New and needs initial follow-up
- Someone is Potential and ready to take a next step
- Someone is At Risk and needs follow-up
- Someone is Disengaged and needs re-engagement
Before creating a touchpoint:
👉 Make sure the item is claimed or assigned to a user
