Assigning User Permission Levels

Steps:

  1. When adding a new user, select a Permission Level from the dropdown menu.
  2. Choose one of the following:
    • Executive:
      • Full access to all features
      • Can view insights, user stats, donation amounts
      • Can add users and manage teams
      • Intended for senior leadership
    • Administrator:
      • Access to most features, including insights, user stats, and team creation
      • Cannot view specific donation amounts
    • Staff:
      • Limited to managing congregants at their assigned campus
      • Can access alerts, opportunities, and insights only for their campus
      • Can assign other Staff users at the same campus
      • Cannot view other users unless they are on the same team
