Assigning User Permission Levels
Steps:
- When adding a new user, select a Permission Level from the dropdown menu.
- Choose one of the following:
- Executive:
- Full access to all features
- Can view insights, user stats, donation amounts
- Can add users and manage teams
- Intended for senior leadership
- Administrator:
- Access to most features, including insights, user stats, and team creation
- Cannot view specific donation amounts
- Staff:
- Limited to managing congregants at their assigned campus
- Can access alerts, opportunities, and insights only for their campus
- Can assign other Staff users at the same campus
- Cannot view other users unless they are on the same team
