Learn how to read a congregant’s profile card at a glance.
1. Go to the People Tab
- Profile cards are displayed for each congregant.
2. Read Visual Indicators
- Photo: If uploaded via your church management system.
- Icons:
- Water droplet: Lights up if a baptism date is recorded.
- Heart: Illuminates if the congregant has served.
- People sign: Glows if they have participated in a group.
3. Gray Icons = No Activity
- Grayed out icons indicate no engagement in that area.
