Steps:

1. In the user configuration screen, locate the Campus Selection section.
2. Assign the user to a specific campus.
3. The user will only:
   
   • See congregants at their assigned campus.
   • Assign other users to congregants within that campus.
4. This maintains privacy and clarity for multi-campus churches.
