Steps:

1. Go to either the Alerts or Opportunities tab.
2. Click the clipboard and checkmark icon near the search bar to enter bulk mode.
3. Select multiple congregants by clicking checkboxes next to their names.
4. Perform a bulk action:
   
   • Assign to a user – choose from the list of available users.
   • ‍Download a CSV – great for group pushes or email campaigns (e.g., via Mailchimp).
