  1. In the Insights tab, locate the Unclaimed vs Claimed section.
  2. Review the number and percentage of:
    • Unclaimed – not assigned to any staff member.
    • Claimed – assigned to a staff member for follow-up.
  3. Use this data to identify gaps in pastoral care or onboarding.
