- Located in the congregant profile.
2. Enter Team-Visible Notes
- Add helpful context such as:
- Relocation
- Hospitalization
- Prayer requests
3. Avoid Touchpoint Notes Here
- Touchpoints are automatically logged or can be backlogged manually elsewhere.
