Steps:

1. Go to the Alerts tab in Nurture.
2. Categories (e.g., attendance, serving, groups) are listed across the top.
3. Use the toggle at the top right to view:
   
   • At Risk – congregants showing early signs of disengagement.
   • Disengaged – no activity in a category for 1+ year.
   • ‍Inactive – no activity in a category for 2+ years.
