2. Click the down arrow to open the second page.
3. Explore additional engagement categories:
   
   • Disengaged – no involvement in over a year.
   • Potential – showing opportunities for deeper engagement.
   • Inactive – not engaged in over two years.
4. Each includes the same detailed stats as the main dashboard.
